At Fusion Fashion, we aim to provide high-quality customized printing products. Since most of our products are personalized based on customer designs, images, or text, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Customized Products
Most products sold by Fusion Fashion such as custom T-shirts, photo cushions, metal photo frames, and PVC ID cards are personalized and made-to-order.
Because of this, returns or refunds are generally not accepted once the product has been printed or shipped.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their design, text, and order details before confirming the purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We only accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
The product arrives damaged during shipping
The product received is different from the order placed
There is a manufacturing defect
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide:
Clear photos of the product
Order details
Description of the issue
After verification, we may offer:
A replacement product
A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized products with customer-provided designs or photos
Orders where incorrect details were provided by the customer
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the printing or production process begins.
Once the product enters production, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
